This lady desired Smartlipo to improve the contour of her arms and underarm breast area. There always seemed to be fullness under her arms which made it uncomfortable with her arms down. The post photos were made at one month at which time she said that the fullness had disappeared and she was able to rest her arms by her side much easier.
This 33 year old lady presented with concerns of
increased fatty deposits in the hips, saddlebags, upper inner thighs and
abdomen. She recently started on a
diet but wanted a jump start and motivator.
At the time of the initial consult she weighed 222 pounds, by the time of
the surgery she weighed 215 pounds and at the time of the one month post op
visit she was down to 198. We
removed the maximum amount of fat (5,000 cc) at the time of surgery. At the post op visit she said she was a

This 45 year old lady presented with concerns about her saddlebags, upper inner thighs and knees. She had also recently noted cellulite on the back of her thighs. Smartlipo with aspiration of the liquid fat was performed on the saddlebags, upper inner thighs and knees. The back of her thighs were also treated with Smartlipo in a different manner to reduce the cellulite. The post op photos were made one month after the procedure at which time the cellulite was visibly better. Complete healing will take 6 months. The patient was very happy with the results.
This 30 year old lady came in because she was unhappy with her abdomen, hips and back. She had delivered two large babies with resulting loose skin in the lower abdominal area but was very reluctant to have a tummy tuck because of the large scar. A combination of Smartlipo and tumescent liposuction was performed with very good results as seen in these one month post op photos (lower views). As you can see, the lower abdomen has begun to tighten and is expected to continue to tighten over the next 6 months. The patient was very happy with the results.
This 38 year old lady desired liposculpting of her love handles, hips and saddlebags. These are the same areas that her mother and sister have problems with and it seems that diet and exercise don’t result in changes. She had Smartlipo with aspiration of the liquid fat with minimal recovery time. She was back to her usual schedule in 3 days.
This 47 year old lady presented with concerns about her ‘peri-menopausal body changes’. She had started to notice fullness in the hip, abdomen, saddlebags and upper inner thighs that did not respond to diet and exercise. Smartlipo was performed with removal of the liquefied fat. Her recovery was uneventful. The post op photos were made one month after surgery.

This 40 year old lady was concerned with the changes in her abdominal and hip areas. As with many other patients, she had a good diet and exercised several times a week but couldn’t seem to take the ‘baby fat’ off. Smartlipo was performed and the liquefied fat removed. She is very active and wanted a procedure with very minimal downtime. She had a combination of tumescent and Smartlipo to remove the deeper fat and tighten the skin. The post photos were made at one month. At that visit she made another appointment for her saddle bags!
