This lady presented with three problems: fatty deposits in her hips and saddlebags, an uneven appendectomy scar and irregularities of her upper inner thighs from liposuction done several years ago (performed at another center). She had a combination of SmartLipo, Vaser and Power Assisted Liposuction (PAL). The area around the appendectomy scar was first treated with the laser of SmartLipo then followed with surgical revision. SmartLipo was extremely helpful in correction of her upper inner thighs. The small cannula allowed for precise revision of these irregularities. The after photos were made one month after the procedure.
