This lady presented with loose abdominal skin and a little pouch that developed over her C-section scar. She elected to have an Avelar Abdominoplasty which involved liposuction of the abdominal area followed by removal of the excess skin. This procedure can be done under local tumescent anesthesia and oral/intravenous sedation. Drains are not usually required. The after photo was made one month after the procedure.
